Pricing

Prices in full. No call needed.

Every number is on this page. $200 to start, then a monthly that comes off the price of your site — or pay once and own it outright.

Websites

The $200 you pay to start comes off the price of your site, and so does every month after it. The monthly is fixed for the whole term, and nothing runs past two years. A bigger site moves to the next monthly rather than dragging the months on. An agency quotes a site like this at $1,500-$3,700, all of it due before it is live; here the price is agreed the same way and every payment comes off it.

Subscribe, or own it outright.

Same design and the same build either way. What changes is who carries the hosting, the updates and the edits afterwards.

Monthly vs pay once
Monthly
$200 to start, then from $49, and both come off the price. Domain, hosting, updates and edits included.
Pay once
Quoted, paid 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Code and files are yours.
Year one
Either way, domain and hosting are included.
From year two
On pay once it moves to the monthly for your type of site.
Getting found

SEO, from $390 a month.

On its own or added to a website plan — same person either way, and one invoice. A new page counts as two articles, because it is about twice the work; the mix is agreed with you before the month starts and the fee does not move.

How the SEO work actually runs — the method, month by month.

Start with the diagnosis

Fix the base once, and stop.

Plenty of sites do not need a monthly yet — they need the search basics fixed. A diagnosis tells you which one you are: it has a fixed price, and it ends with the problems repaired rather than listed. No retainer required, and none of my SEO plans tie you in.

For stores

Ten product pages a month, $120.

The add-on that turns a catalogue into traffic. Not ten rows typed into a spreadsheet — ten pages researched, written against the objection, with questions answered and the structured data Google needs to show them properly. On WooCommerce or Shopify.

Care that keeps it alive.

Only for sites paid once — the monthly plans already include all of this.

After a pay-once build
Year 1
Included. Domain, hosting, backups and updates.
Year 2 onwards
The monthly for your type of site — from $49.
Or nothing at all
Take the files and host them yourself. They are yours.
Out of scope work
Quoted up front, around $60 an hour. Never billed by surprise.
Before you ask

The questions that come up every time.

A flat $200, once, and it comes off the price of the site rather than paying for anything separate. It does not move with the size of the site — four pages or forty, same figure. After that it is month to month. Pay once works differently: 50% up front, 50% on delivery, no $200.

Yes — one standard domain, registered in your name from day one, and the hosting with it. If you want a name someone is reselling for four figures, that one is on you: I will tell you what it costs before you fall in love with it.

No. Every SEO plan is month to month. The reason most studios ask for three months is that the groundwork has to land as a block — so I sell that block on its own instead, as the $490 SEO Foundation. Pay for the base once, then decide whether you want a retainer at all.

Any time, both ways. Move up when the site needs more, move down if it does not. No penalty and no rebuild.

You cancel any month. Domain, files and content are handed over so you can move anywhere. Nothing is held back.

Pay once: one project fee, quoted, paid 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Domain and hosting are included for the first year and the code and files are transferred to you. From year two it moves to the monthly for your type of site — or you take the files and host them yourself.
