Pay monthly · website packages

Own the site. Pay for it monthly.

The price is agreed before anything starts. $200 to begin and a fixed amount each month, and every one of those payments comes off the price. When it is covered, the site is yours.

The problem

A new site is a bill before it is an asset.

The money goes out before anything has come back, which is why so many businesses put the site off for another year and keep running the one that is not working.

How it usually goes
The quote
Thousands, payable before a line of it exists.
The wait
You save up. The old site keeps losing you the enquiries.
Launch day
The money is spent, so the work stops there.
Year two
Out of date, and no budget left to do anything about it.
How it works

Every payment comes off the price.

We agree what your site costs before any work starts. You pay $200 to begin and a fixed amount each month, and both come off that figure until there is nothing left of it. Nothing compounds and nothing is hidden.

Designed, built, hosted and looked after from the first month
The monthly is fixed and it never rises mid-way
Settle whatever is left whenever you like
Stop whenever you like — nothing is owed and nothing is chased
Where each payment goes
The price
Agreed with you before anything is built.
$200 to begin
Comes off the price. It is not a joining fee.
Every month after
Comes off the price too, until it reaches zero.
The last one
The site is yours — files, domain and database.
How long

A smaller site is paid off sooner.

There is no minimum and no set number of months, because the months are only the price divided up. A smaller site finishes earlier and a bigger one takes longer, but nothing here runs past two years. If a site would take longer than that at one monthly, it moves to the next one: you finish sooner, you do not pay for longer.

Two ways it can look
A four-page website
$1,000. $200 to begin, then $49 a month.
An eight-page website
$1,500 at $99 a month, so it is covered in about thirteen.
A $1,990 online store
$200 to begin, then $99 a month. Around eighteen months.
Paying it off early
Settle the balance any day you like. It is yours that day.
When it is covered

Then you choose. Both answers are fine.

Nothing renews on its own and there is nothing to renegotiate. The site is yours either way; what you decide is whether I stay on it.

Before you ask

The questions this raises.

No. There is a price and there are payments. When the payments add up to the price, the site is yours. Nothing forces you to stay a set number of months to get there.

Whenever you like. Settle the balance any day and the site transfers that day. There is no penalty for it and no discount lost by doing it.

You stop, and that is the end of it. The site does not transfer, nothing is owed and nothing is chased. What you paid covered the work that was done.

Everything. The site is designed, built, hosted and looked after from the first month. You are not waiting for it to be paid off before it starts working for you.

No, and the difference is the ending. A rented site stops being yours the day you stop paying, however long you have paid. Here the payments are buying it, and at some point they finish.
