I am Daniel Espejo. I design the site, rank it and run the ads — and I am the one who replies. Ten years of it, 50+ projects, and live work in Europe, the United States, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

It is the fair question, and it deserves the honest answer rather than the brave one. So here is the trade you are actually making.
Four things, done properly, instead of a service list that covers everything and commits to nothing.
Anyone can put a badge on an about page. These are the four I would be happy to have checked, and the last one is the one clients actually notice.
One call at the start and one pass over the design. Everything between those two points is the part you are paying me not to think about.

“I would rather lose a project than sell you one you do not need. It has cost me work. It is also why the same clients are still here.”
“Our old website was years behind the business. Daniel rebuilt it from scratch and now runs our SEO — one point of contact, and things move without chasing.”

“Our local SEO improved — we are now top 3 on Google Maps. Members book through the website, and support is always available.”

For a small or medium business, one senior usually beats a team of juniors — the person who understood the problem is the person building the fix. Some jobs do need a department — a national rollout, a content line with ten writers — and I say which on the first call, not after the invoice.
Because a site nobody touches again is worth less every month. The monthly is what keeps it hosted, updated and edited. You can also pay once if you prefer it that way — the figure is on the pricing page.
I say so, and I point you to someone who does it properly. Keeping the list to four things is the reason those four are done well.
It has not so far. There are projects running in Europe, the United States, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia at the same time. Everything happens on a call, WhatsApp and email, in English or Spanish, and the only practical difference is which end of the day we speak.
WhatsApp, email or a call, and the reply comes the same day. There is nobody between us — no account manager, no ticket queue, no «I will check with the team».
A studio is easy to describe and harder to show. These show it.
One call, no deck. What you have, what is missing, what it would cost — and which parts you do not need yet.
