Google Ads · Malaysia

Google Ads in Malaysia, measured properly.

Search campaigns built, tracked and trimmed every month for Malaysian businesses. Your budget goes straight to Google and the management is a flat fee.

From ~RM 2,005 / month · billed in USD ($490)
The problem

The click is the cheap part.

Most Malaysian accounts do not fail at the bidding. They fail at everything around it, and the ringgit leaves before anybody notices what it bought.

Where the budget leaks
Broad match
Google spends your budget on searches you would never have picked.
No negatives
You pay for the word free, for job seekers, for your competitors.
Wrong landing
The ad promises one thing and the page opens on the home page.
No tracking
Nobody can say which campaign produced the enquiry.
What gets done

Tracking first. Then the words.

An account without working conversion tracking is a slot machine with a nicer interface. That is the first thing fixed, always, before a ringgit is spent.

Search terms read every month, not just the dashboard
Negatives reviewed monthly without being asked
A report that says what an enquiry cost
No percentage of your spend, ever

Your money

Your budget never touches my account.

You pay Google directly with your own card. I am paid for the management, and the two figures never get tangled, so nobody has a reason to talk you into spending more than the account needs.

How an ad month works
Campaign management
A flat monthly fee, published.
Ad budget
Paid straight to Google, never through me.

None.
Suggested starting budget
From around $400 a month, so the account can learn.
What clients say

Businesses running paid traffic.

“Our old website was years behind the business. Daniel rebuilt it from scratch and now runs our SEO — one point of contact, and things move without chasing.”

Yoon Phey · AZEO, Malaysia

“We needed a professional presence to reach European clients. Daniel built the website and set up Google Ads, and inquiries increased significantly.”

Fernando · Dream Courts
Before you ask

What Malaysian advertisers ask first.

From around $400 a month is a sensible start for a Malaysian SME. Below that the account never gets enough data to stop guessing, and you end up paying for a learning phase that never finishes.

No. A flat fee whatever you spend. A percentage gives whoever manages your account a reason to talk you into a bigger budget, which is a strange thing to build into a deal.

The studio runs remote and answers the same day. AZEO in Kuala Lumpur is run this way, ads included. If you need somebody in the room every week, tell me on the call.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I can do is make sure every dollar is tracked, so you can see what a lead costs and decide whether it is worth it.
